Annually, Star Awards are presented by the NC Home Builders Association to recognize superior achievement in the new home building business. It is a high honor to receive one of these awards.

This week, Evans Coghill Homes was presented a 2012 Star Award at the 21st Century Building Expo. The award recognizes excellence in marketing at the recent Homearama at Baxter Village. Evans Coghill’s creative marketing was cited for being the best in the state due to its innovation and use of mobile technology. The cards that were distributed at the event included a QR code which instantly linked the user to all the relevant design selections at the home. This was in lieu of the traditional way of handing out voluminous paper copies of the info.

“We are pleased to be recognized by our peers in this way. Homearama was a great event and we hope this made it better for those who visited” said Chris Folk of Evans Coghill.
