3 Features of Our Riverwalk Model Home

Good Info to Know, Riverwalk | By Evans Coghill Homes

Our new model home, the Landsford plan,  at Riverwalk will be opening in September! It is a brand new home plan, designed from the ground up with the Riverwalk home buyer in mind.

We thought you might like a peak at just three of the unique features of this home.

Flat Panel TV Entertainment Center

A place for a real flat panel TV. The Riverwalk Entertainment Center will fit a 55″ TV.

TV’s have gotten much larger and flatter since you bought your last home.  We have created  a new place to hang your TV so it is at the right viewing height in your family room and hides all the cables and wires. The Entertainment Center option gives a home for your 55″ TV so you can enjoy it when you are not outside enjoying Riverwalk.

This one has an antique white finish with glazing. You can select the finish you would like from a palette of stain and paint colors.

Hidden Storage

Everyone needs more storage places. We heard you and have built them into the Landsford home plan. There are no less than 8 different closets in this three bedroom plan. An unheard of number!

The hidden storage is the under the stairs and has an almost full height door from the laundry room to access it. You will love this easy access to this space for storage of sports equipment, suit cases, back packs and more.

The Front Porch

The open air porch roof design adds the casual feel of the Landsford front porch.

Ever seen those really narrow front porches which can barely hold a potted plant? All of Evans Coghill’s homes in Riverwalk include a usable and desirable front porch. You want to be outside when you are in Riverwalk and we have a place for you to go.

The front porches are 10ft deep. Plenty of room for rocking chairs and a whole lot more room than most front porches.  Some of the porches have special roof designs that are open and give the space a much more casual feel.  The Landsford includes an open roof design that really adds to the character of the space.
