Finally, we can get out of the box, try some new things and concepts in the homes. Alan Banks discusses the River Collection of new home plans for Riverwalk that Evans Coghill has developed. The River Collection will be available on line this weekend. The plans are all new and build on the lifestyle of Riverwalk.

The Latta Park offers a guest suite on the main level. The Landsford has a master bedroom down with kid’s living spaces on the upper level. The Carhartt (named for the former Carhartt mansion on Riverwalk’s site) lives large but in a 2100 sf footprint. The Catawba Cottage is a brand new ranch plan with 3 bedrooms and open living space.
