Road building and site work in moving on schedule in Riverwalk Carolinas. Evans Coghill will start its new model home in November of this year. We are pleased to be offering new home plans beginning at 1900 sf with three bedrooms and ranging up to 3000 sf.  Home plans and pricing will be available late September 2011. We will have our first home owners moving in for summer 2012.
