Evans Coghill is looking forward to being part of Phase 3 in Springfield in Ft Mill. We will be building new homes on some great lots. “We have been actively building in Springfield since its inception. The home sites in phase 3 are a full 90ft wide. Evans Coghill will have new a brand new home plan to introduce with a master bedroom on the main level. Other plans offer a full size guest suites on the main level for multi-generational living options.
Evans Coghill will continue to offer great homes with very popular traditional architecture. Features will include back porches, mud rooms, large master bedrooms, kitchens that are open to family rooms, three car garages. The homes will start in the mid $500s. First homes will be available for move in Summer 2013.
