After being closed due to Covid-19 for over a month, Evans Coghill has reopened its model homes in McLean Overlake and Nims Village on a modified schedule. We are eager to see you again and talk about a great new home but we must do it safely.

Thurs – Sun Open 12:00PM to 5:00PM starting Thurs May 7, 2020

Our guidelines for your safety

• We will wear a mask
• We will open all doors for you and ask that you refrain from touching surfaces unnecessarily
• If you are not feeling well, please let’s meet another time
• We will practice social distancing and ask that you do the same
• Groups will be limited 4 people
• If you are not comfortable, we are always available to meet on Zoom, Facetime or even via the old fashioned phone
