Evans Coghill’s brand new Riverwalk model home, the Landsford home plan, is compete and open as of today. Yesterday, we had some stop folks sneak in for a preview. Their reaction was great, “I wanna live here right now!”. They love the architectural style of the home but the real winner is how the home feels. “Something about it, just feels comfortable,” another commented. You decide if it is the open home plan, abundant natural light, cozy loft, convenient master bedroom on the main level, inviting outdoor living space or just everything!

The Riverwalk model home is open 10:00 AM to 5:00Pm weekdays and 1:00 to 5:00PM on Sundays. (We are closed on Wednesdays to go biking or kayaking!). Directions are here. (508 Jones Mill, Rock Hill, SC in the heart of Riverwalk and just steps away from the trail).
