Evans Coghill’s new model home in Riverwalk will be opening in 75 days!  The Landsford home plan was conceived and designed during these unusual economic times. This was a good thing.

We were pushed to utilize space better, remove unwanted or unnecessary rooms, tighten up on square footage and not just make rooms smaller. If it weren’t for the economic pressures we all feel, this plan would not be as efficient and livable as it is. From the master bedroom on the main level to the option of two or three additional bedrooms, the Landsford is flexible. Where did the formal dining room go? The feedback we heard was “we only use it twice a year and we can live without it.” We didn’t want to just ignor family dining space so we created a great casual dining room with lots of natual light. This may be your favorite room of the house!
