Our first home sites in Phase 1 of Riverwalk are complete! They exceed our expectations. We have spent some time at Riverwalk this week planning the future streetscape on these sites. We imagined how great it would be to walk out your front door of your Evans Coghill home and be on the Riverwalk trail in 3 mins. Or, take a short bike ride to the velodrome or YMCA. We planned how the back porches would flow well into the back yards and private outdoor living spaces. We saw bald eagles flying over head, people enjoying a walk and appreciated how it felt like were a long way from the traffic and noise of the city.

We look took lots of pictures so we could plan the best combination of home plan elevations to capture the essence of live at Riverwalk.

The next step is release of the home plans. We will be offering all new home plans designed just for Riverwalk. We are not relabeling old plans. Each of our new Riverwalk plans started as a blank page and an idea of the the family that would be living there and what they needed. Then each plan was created with that particular family in mind
