Homearama Charlotte 2011 in Baxter Village opens this week on Saturday, October 8th. Evans Coghill is proud to be part of this year’s event as we showcase something new for Homearama – a smaller home. Come and see what happens if you decide that bigger is not always better.

Evans Coghill’s home is designed for the family with kids who are thinking ahead. Thinking ahead to the empty nester days. This home will work well for the family as the kids grow up but then work well, too, for when just the kids are gone. Be sure to see the back porch. It may be your favorite room. Or, maybe the master bedroom with his and hers laptop desk. You decide!
