We come to the International Builders Show annually to see new products and share ideas with home builders from across the country. These ideas show up in our new homes in Baxter Village, Springfield and Riverwalk.

We have found something very unique that will likely not show up in an Evans Coghill home, but is really cool. It is Kohler’s Numi toilet. There is nothing like this thing. Features include a motion sensitive lid opener, a nightlight, an IPod like controller for audio selections, heated seat and a dryer (Yes, an on demand dryer. Don’t know how it works because I didn’t get to sit on it)
