Making it Your Home

Choosing all the finishes for your new Evans Coghill home begins in our Selections Center. It is an exciting process where your own ideas begin to become reality. Together, we will explore the right combination of cabinets, stains, countertops, paint colors, light fixtures and much more to complement your lifestyle.

The Design Center is located at Evans Coghill's model home in Baxter Village. The Center is alive with opportunities for you to customize your new home. New products and options are brought in often as trends change and new products are identified.

The first step is the Design Center Orientation. Here you will be introduced to the included features of your new home and shown options you may want to consider. There are so many choices, we want to make sure you have plenty of time to consider it all so the Orientation is about one week before your Selections Meeting. Using your Selections Workbook, feel free to visit the Design Center over the next few days and make notes of the selections you prefer.

At the Selections Meeting, you will be consulting with Evans Coghill's interior designer. This will be a highlight of the preconstruction process! The designer is there to help match selections, provide pricing for options and help you make decisions to suit your taste. The designer is knowledgeable about our home plans and current design trends. Together, you will create the look and feel of your new home.

When all of your selections are complete, you will be given a comprehensive Design Selections Summary for your approval. This summary will be your record throughout the building process of the selections you have made.
